O.C.S. Impianti Srl, with registered office in Monastero di Vasco (CN), Via Via Case Dane 1, (hereinafter, “Owner”), as data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

1. Object of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details) common, sensitive and judicial (hereinafter "personal data" or also "data") communicated by you when entering into contracts for the Data Controller's services.

2. Purpose of the processing
Your personal data are processed:

a) without your express consent (art. 24 letter a), b), c) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b), e) GDPR), for the following service purposes:
一 entering into contracts for the Data Controller's services;
一 fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships with you;
一 fulfilling the obligations established by current legislation, or by an order of the Authority, such as in tax or anti-money laundering matters;
– exercise the rights of the Data Controller, such as the right to defense in court;

b) only with your specific and separate consent (articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and article 7 of the GDPR), for the following marketing purposes:
一 send you via email, post and/or text message and/or telephone contact, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller and survey of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services. If you are already our customer, we may send you commercial communications relating to services and products of the Data Controller similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree (article 130 paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code).

3. Methods of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in article 4 of the Privacy Code and article 4 no. 2) GDPR and specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic processing.

4. Access and communication of data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2a) and 2b):

一 to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
一 to third-party companies or other subjects (for example: credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies, agents) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.

Without the need for express consent (pursuant to art. 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 letter b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2a) to Supervisory Bodies, Administrative Authorities, Judicial Authorities, insurance companies, as well as to all those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers. Your data will not be disclosed and will not be subject to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling.

5. Transfer of data
Personal data is stored on storage and servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

6. Data retention
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of the service above and for the time necessary to fulfill all legal obligations, including those of a fiscal nature, in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for marketing purposes.

7. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond
In relation to the purposes referred to in art. 2a), the provision of data is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the related services. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2b) is optional, so you can decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, however, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the Services offered by the Data Controller, but will continue to be entitled to the services referred to in art. 2a).

8. Rights of the interested party
In your capacity as interested party, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR and specifically the right to:

一 access your personal data;
一 obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
一 obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;
一 obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
一 oppose the processing of data;
一 obtain without impediments from the Data Controller the data in a structured format of common use and readable by automatic device to transmit them to another data controller (right to data portability);
一 withdraw consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the withdrawal;
一 lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

9. How to exercise your rights
The interested party may exercise their rights at any time by sending:

10. Owner, responsible person and persons in charge/authorized
